About the Author

Peter A. Mahler has been practicing corporate litigation in the state of New York since 1983.  He is considered an authority on business divorce and has written and lectured extensively on the subject.  He also has experience with diverse commercial, real estate, intellectual property, municipal law, employment and contract litigation.

After graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara, summa cum laude in 1979, he earned his J.D. from New York University in 1982. 

Peter joined Farrell Fritz as a partner in 2004 and practices in the firm's New York City office.
